to service our customer’s needs. Projects range from small single equipment
reactors to complex multi equipment systems. This service can also be contracted
on an hourly or per project basis. We have experience in testing and data
collection
as well as process control know-how for a variety of mixing applications.

can analyze your data to aid you with determining the best piece of
equipment for your application and how to scale-up the data to commercial
equipment.
With our design team, we can also analyze existing equipment data
to determine the appropriate cost effective methods of streamlining a

- We
can help you establish process specifications and/or review your process
specifications to ensure they cover your needs. We are experienced in
developing process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), process flow
diagrams (PFDs) and mass and energy balances.
| Equipment Specification |
- Specifying
equipment to meet your needs can be difficult unless you have the
experience on the equipment you are specifying. With our knowledge of many
types of rotating process and vacuum equipment, we can assist you with
this difficult task of developing the specifications.
| Equipment Start-up Assistance |
- We
provide start-up assistance for the equipment we supply and for other
equipment at your request. Our years of experience starting-up equipment
in chemical, polymer, and environmental recovery plants have given us the
necessary experience needed to productively assist you.
